Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with a large work area and a big bathroom, though the design felt a bit dated reminiscent of the '80s, which is not uncommon in Brazil. The service was top-notch with proactive staff members always ready to assist. The location was one of my favorites, with nearby attractions and a great sense of safety. Dining options ranged from terrible in one case to delightful with a variety of choices in another. However, the facilities were generally well-equipped and functional.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The room I had gave me access to the excellent lounge on the 23rd floor, which was a great perk. The room, although a bit small since I booked the cheapest category, was still spacious overall with a large work space and a big bathroom. The service was top-notch with attentive staff, always willing to go the extra mile. The location was very convenient to many local sites, and I felt safe walking around. The dining experience was delightful, especially in the Executive Lounge with its gorgeous city view. Overall, a great value for the money with some minor room size considerations.
The hotel offers spacious, modern, and clean rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent showers. The rooms are in good shape and reasonably modern, ensuring a very clean and comfortable stay. On the downside, the service could be improved, as I had my credit card cloned, which was quite unsettling. However, the staff was excellent overall and anticipated our needs. The location is convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The dining options were good but not outstanding, although there were plenty of choices available. The facilities were satisfactory, nothing extraordinary but fulfilled the basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms, while spacious, lacked in quality, although they did offer a large work space and a big bathroom. The service, particularly from Mauricio in the Lobby Bar and Thais in Guest Services, stood out and contributed to my giving this place a 5-star rating. The location was convenient, close to Av Paulista and with various dining options nearby. The dining experience was a mix of good quality and some disappointing aspects. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although they could get a bit dark during cloudy days. The service was exceptional, always going above and beyond, and the staff was friendly and bilingual. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had. The dining options were varied and delicious, especially the Pork Belly dish.
